Sayoko only offers shipping within Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Vietnam at this time. ​​​​

​All orders will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder or contact our customer support team at hello@shopsayoko.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Although we try our best to deliver your items out as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

  • Delivery company's processing times

  • Custom examination

  • Delays due to adjustment requests, holidays, weather conditions, unexpected events

Failed or Unclaimed Delivery

Please note that Sayoko is not liable for the service interruptions of third party shipping suppliers. As such, we are not responsible for missing or delayed packages once an order has left our despatch.​​

Your order may be returned to us when unclaimed or due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. These failed delivery attempts are considered undeliverable.​ When an undeliverable package is returned to us, we can either issue a refund or attempt to re-ship the package (additional fee applies). In the case that an undeliverable order is cancelled by the customer, the original delivery fee will be applied.

If your package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an error on the part of our Delivery Service Provider, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.

Policies​

  • If applicable, international duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or custom charges at delivery.

  • Sayoko is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All Sayoko policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.

  • Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as Sayoko is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.

  • We reserve the right to consolidate orders going to the same address in one delivery.
